Our Rotary Club honored two exemplary students - Kennedy from Dodge Middle School and Samantha from Farmington High School.
Kennedy volunteers with the annual Relay for Life event, along with a host of other volunteer work - too many to list here. He is a varsity swimmer as well, while still in middle school!
Samantha moved to the U.S. from Honduars four years ago, and after mastering English herself, she now helps other immigrant students learn the language. Kudos to Samantha for keeping a positive attitude while doing the hard work of moving to a new home and a new country!
We also recognized the stellar volunteer work that Penny offers at Trinity Health Center. Penny has an abundance of energy that simply radiates joy!
