Karen came and visited last week. She said the Food Shelf is doing well with full days of serving families. They are currently open two days a week on Monday's and Thursday's. She mentioned they have served almost as many people this year so far as they served all of 2023.
Mark informed us about a project that Northfield Rotary is starting. They are looking to help educate homeowners on programs to electrify their homes and receive tax breaks in return!
STRIVE Starts this week October 24th

"Just a quick note letting you all know, our club is planning to initiate STRIVE tomorrow, Thursday, October 24, 10:15 a.m., at the high school …. We will meet with students, 10:25-10:55 a.m. … Anyone interested in learning more, can email me or Nate, and anyone interested in joining us tomorrow, can meet Nate and myself at the high school in the District Office, just to the right, as you enter the school, through the south facing doors …. The main doors that face south and the flag poles …
