Notes from Jenna:

Going forward, I will let Shannon/Lori decide where/when to meet while I am out. I am anticipating that I will be MIA for the next month or so, but if I remember anything else, I will let this group know! The items in red below indicate where I am leaving off/need help.

Open Items:

• Liquor License-
  • I am still waiting on Lynn/City to provide a copy of the liquor license.
• BreakThru Beverage-
  • I emailed Shawn last week (Lori and Shannon copied) with the beverage selections, logo for signage and also asked to add an additional cider option.
  • We need to provide Shawn with Liquor License and ST3 form signed by Barb (or possibly any board member)
  • I will let Shannon/Lori takeover the communication with Shawn after next week
• Sam’s Club/Costco-
  • Lori working on getting Sams Club donation/sponsorship
  • Jenna & Shannon are planning to go to Costco/Sams Club the week of the 12^th to purchase Gatorade, pop, water and hard liquor. Shannon will store this until Dew Days
• Ice-
  • Jenna emailed Solana (copied Lori and Shannon) at Shamrock for Ice delivery. Upgrading to the ice trailer this year- 192- 18lb bags.
  • Jenna will submit forms back to Solana. Lori/Shannon to keep in contact regarding drop off/pickup of ice trailer.
  • Nate will need to provide CC number for payment
• Setup-
  • Jenna talked to Kellee at the City and asked if we could deliver the Rotary bars to the RRC garage a few days prior and Kellee said that shouldn’t be a problem. If we can get in there 6/15 or 6/16, that would be best. I will not be available the week of the 19^th.
    • This is confirmed for June 20th drop off and will need some helpers.
  • Jenna will give Shannon the bar items from last year
  • Coin Order will need to be picked up by Nate by Thursday 6/22. This is just a recommendation, you may want to consider doubling at least the 1s just to be safe since we will have more cash boxes this year with 2 sides of the bar operating.
    • Starting Cash:
      • $500- 1s
      • $500- 5s
      • $500- 10s
  • Someone will need to be designated as ‘banker’ to recycle cash throughout the weekend and make sure it ends up in a safe location
  • If we are doing tips for scholarships, I have signs that we used last year that we can hang. I will hand these off to Shannon as well.
