Last Week - Student of the Month
We honored 4 students this month!
From Farmington Elementary School:
Kendra Legried - Kendra is a 5th grader. When the teachers and leaders were asked to pick a student of the month, Kendra was the first to come to mind. She is described as a good friend and leader who really puts service above self. Kendra is in band, dance and is a welder! She is interested in law enforcement when she grows up.
From Farmington High School:
Justin Antwi - Justin is described by his teachers as hard working, respectful, positive, a curious learner and a joy to have in class. He has a scholarship to attend Hamline University next year and wants to study political science. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and drawing. He works with the diversity club and has a goal of helping students of color at Farmington High School feel included.
From North Trail Elementary School:
Sophia Mott - Sophia is a 5th grader. Her teachers said she excels in academics and her extracurricular activities. She participates in band, Bio Girls, school patrol, dance, soccer and piano. When she grows up, she wants to be a vet or a doctor.
Isabella Valenzuela - Bella is a 5th grader. Her teachers praised her character and said she greets everyone with care and respect. She looks out for others and will advocate for them. She participates in band and choir. She wants to be either a nurse or work in law enforcement when she grows up. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting and boxing.
