David Stibbe joined People Incorporated Mental Health Services in 2024 after a long career in nonprofit development.
People Incorporated serves people with mental illness in Minnesota. We operate various programs, including crisis residences, outpatient clinics, outreach to people experiencing homelessness, Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), case management, and behavioral health services.
