- May meeting attendance was 66%, the highest since the pandemic began!
- Taxes for both the club and club Foundation were filed - thank you Larry & Nate!
- Treasurer Nate is researching a new accountant.

- $9,200 in sponsorships raised. This exceeds expenses.

- Board approved $1,400 to match club members' donations to RI Foundation
- Board approved $450 donation to KODA Camp for a Farmington student
- Board approved $200 donation for a Farmington Eagle Scout project at Akin Elementary
- Nate is working to resolve past-dues invoicing
