What an eye opening meeting to be a part of!  Yeah the lunch and conversation were easy and fantastic, but there was work to be done this month.  If you ever have questions or would like to bring something to the board, do not hesitate to reach on out to a board member.  We are more than happy to bring items up for debate :)

Here is a snapshot of what was done for the month of November:

Big item was the budget.  Unfortunately we had to decrease down or cut some items out of the 2019 budget... for right now.  There is always the opportunity to increase them back if we can find a way to raise more money (Anyone have ideas?)

We donated $150 to get the website for the Human Trafficking initiative up and running.  Most to all clubs in the district have helped donate $150 from each club to get this going.

Ramble Jam line-up for 2019... there has been a couple of artists that have dropped out for next year so we need some suggestions for acts you think can bring in the crowds (Dan&Shay and Kane Brown come top of mind to me to get the ladies and if you get the ladies you get the guys ;))

There is a couple of new members coming down the pipeline which is awesome to see.  This should be a huge focus for us this year because as we know Many Hands Make For Light Work.

We also had 3 resignations in Corey Tutewohl, Heidi Cunningham and Steve Miller (more of a reason to get those new members in)

I look forward to passing along more information from December's meeting.
