Wendy and Krysia are our meeting hosts for April. Monthly meeting hosts are responsible for scheduling speakers for our weekly meetings. Mel and TJ are up in May. See the schedule in the column on the right for your month to serve. Thank you to Larry and Amanda for serving as meeting hosts in March. Please check with Janie if you have questions. Once speakers are scheduled, please provide details to Nate and Linda. The following list are the meeting host responsibilities once we return to in-person meetings. - Schedule and introduce speakers for your month
- Arrive early to set up
- Greet Rotarians and guests
- Make sure everyone signs in and chooses a meal
- Give the meal count to the kitchen
- Stay late to take down
